THIS morning’s stunning lunar eclipse was captured by early-riser Nicola Bennet in Newton Abbot.
Nicola was up at 5.30am to take these photos from her home in Wolborough Street.
The lunar eclipse was visible just before dawn this morning.

It was partial for most of the UK, with the Earth's shadow only covering part of the Moon.
But some western areas of the UK, saw a total lunar eclipse.
It is the first since May 2022, when the Moon turned completely red.
A stunning ‘blood Moon’ was created as the Moon moved into Earth's shadow, gradually darkening before turning a dusky red.
A lunar eclipse happens when the Moon moves into the Earth’s shadow, causing the Moon to be darkened.
