TEIGNBRIDGE District Council (TDC) are seeking the views of residents about how it can improve its services.

‘We are looking for Teignbridge residents to get involved in how we improve your experience of using our services’ a spokesperson for TDC said.

The council want to know residents’ answers to several questions, including whether the quality of the service provided is more or less important than the cost of the service.

Moreover, the council would also like to know what is most important to people when it is handling queries, as well as whether the time taken to repsond to a query ought to depend on how the query was received or not.

‘If you would be able to spare an hour or two and want to get involved to help shape our approach to customer service or other areas of service delivery please complete our online registration form’ the spokesperson added.
