HAVING had a ‘great response’ to its free online webinar about the changes to the Renters Rights Bill, Teignbridge District Council (TDC) have added a new date.
The additional session will take place on Wednesday, April 9, from 10am to 2pm and aims to equip landlords and property managers with the knowledge needed to navigate the upcoming changes confidently.
The free online session, run in conjunction with Torbay Council, will provide a thorough understanding of the Renters Rights Bill, its implications for business and what they need to do to be compliant.
The session will cover:

• Tenant rights and enhanced protections: Understanding the new rights and protections afforded to tenants.
