A HEALTH and wellbeing fair in Newton Abbot was a resounding success.

More than 25 local organisations attended the event at Newton Abbot Library, which took place on Wednesday, January 28.

With everything from Slimming World and Women's Institute groups to mental health charities such as Brighter Horizons and Andy’s Man Club, the fair brought a wide range of organisations offering support under one roof.

‘This is our second year running the fair, and we’re thrilled to see it grow’ said Newton Abbot Library’s Bethan Gregory, who organised the event.

‘Our goal for the fair is to highlight the incredible groups and organisations in the local area that offer vital support, resources, and services to improve overall wellbeing.

‘By bringing the community together in this way, we hope to connect people with the help they need and inspire them to make positive choices that contribute to a happy, healthy lifestyle’ Bethan added.
