A WOMAN was left trapped in her car after a crash near the Two Mile Oak Inn on Friday.

Police were called at just before 8pm on Friday, April 25, following a report of a two vehicle collision on the A381.

A woman was left trapped inside her car and had to be extracted by Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service

She was then taken to Torbay Hospital, having sustained serious injuries, the Mid-Devon Advertiser understands.

‘The road was blocked and reopened around 1.45am on Saturday, April 26’ a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said.
