A GROUP of singers based in Teignmouth have raised a thousand pounds for the local branch of the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI)

Teignmouth Sings recently held a concert in aid of Teignmouth RNLI at the town’s Pavilions on July 13.

A cheque was presented to the fundraising and engagement team chairman at the boathouse for a total of £1000.

‘Thank you to all those who organised it and took part in the event’ a spokesperson for RNLI Teignmouth said.
