POLICE will be in Dawlish today as part of Safer Business Action week.

A national campaign to equip business owners and security staff with the tools they need to tackle crime, and raise awareness of the support that’s available to them, officers will be on The Strand and the Lawn between 10.30am and 2.30pm.

Members of the neighbourhood team will be holding a street surgery for anyone to go along. 

A spokesman for Dawlish Town Council said: ‘Feel free to stop and talk to officers not just in relation to this, but also regarding any local concerns you might have.’
