POLICE seized this moped in Newton Abbot after the rider failed to stop last night, Monday.

They have today posted on their Facebook page: 'This moped failed to stop for patrol officers last night in Newton Abbot, the owner today will have noped!'

This is the latest episode in the local police's crackdown on moped and scooter riders.
