`A KINGSKERSWELL man has denied a drink-driving charge.

Martin Harrison Browne, aged 38, of Charles Road, pleaded not guilty to driving while over the limit at Charles Road, Kingskerswell. It is alleged he gave a breath test reading of 108 mcgs of breath in 100 mls of breath. The limit is 35mcgs.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to June 13 and he was granted unconditional bail.
