A DAWLISH man has been accused of dishonestly using electricity worth more than £1,000, producing cannabis and possessing cannabis.
Graham Walker, aged 58, of Celtic Fields, Dawlish, of dishonestly using £1,387 worth of electricity. He is also charged with producing and possessing cannabis.
He is further charged with possessing an offensive weapon, a Samurai sword, in a private place, which he has denied.
He is also charged with criminal damage to a door and further charges of cultivating and possessing cannabis.
He was sent for trial at the Crown Court on July 28 and was granted conditional bail.
