LIFE saving advice on using a defbrillator will be delivered at South Park Community Centre in Buckfastleigh on Saturday.

On their Facebook Page the town’s fire station says: ‘Don’t forget this Saturday the 5th at 11am we will be delivering a defib (automated external defibrillator) familiarisation at South Park Community Centre, Buckfast.

‘We aim to show you how to access and use a defib in an emergency, debunk some myths around these amazing pieces of equipment and show you how to do basic life support including chest compressions.

‘Help save a life, learn how to use a defib.’
