CHILDREN from the Gatehouse Primary Academy were delighted to receive recognition for their artwork for their Turn the Tide – Platinum Jubilee Art Project. The Acedemy’s Gemma Petch said: ‘Vanessa Riley, chair of Dawlish Against Plastic, came into school to present the children with a certificate for their amazing artwork. ‘Our school was also presented with a wooden trophy. ‘The bunting was used to decorate the marquee in Dawlish during the Jubilee celebrations and is now on display at Dawlish Library.’ Picture: Gatehouse Academy
