THE former Newton Abbot offices of construction company Midas have been been sold. The premises had been on offer for £1m.
The two-story building in the Silverhills Industrial Estate near Decoy has been bought by accountancy firm Marsland Nash Associates. They are also selling offices in Newport, Wales.
Midas went into administration in January with debts of some £70m. At the time the company went under, they blamed the collapse on a combination of covid, unpaid bills and rising prices.
