New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Teignbridge’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Little Adventures Play Cafe, at Rosemond Fore Street Kenton Devon was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 8.

And McDonald's Restaurants Ltd, at Penn Inn Newton Abbot Devon was given a score of four on January 27.

It means that of Teignbridge's 247 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 200 (81%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
