TEIGNBRIDGE fire crews took park in a ‘Supermarket Sweep’ style challenge at Trago Mills as they swotted up on the store’s fire safety protocols.

Bovey Tracey Fire Station have been working closely with the management and health and safety team at Trago Mills.

This allowed the crew to gain a better understanding of the store’s fire safety provisions and its floor-plan.

Recently, the crew, joined by their colleagues from from Buckfastleigh Fire Station, took part in a ‘Supermarket Sweep’ style challenge at the store.

Crews had to navigate around the store to find fire safety related items.

‘It was a fun way to work your way around the store gaining familiarisation of the layout as you went’ a spokesperson for Buckfastleigh Fire Station said.

‘Thank you to Tragos for working hard to put this together and also to all at Bovey Tracey Fire Station for inviting us to come and play however we are not sure what to do with the gold toilet the winning team brought home’ the spokesperson added.
