THE drivers involved in a two-car collision near Chudleigh Knighton have both sustained injuries.

Police were called just after 10.15am today, August 14, following a two-car collision at Chudleigh Knighton Bypass - Clay Lane, the road over the A38.

One female driver sustained injuries, not believed life-threatening or changing, with the second driver sustaining minor injuries.

The road was blocked and affected northbound traffic on the A38, closing the slip road at Chudleigh Knighton.

Clay Lane remains closed, but the off slip has since reopened.
