THE first in a series of three discussion groups about death gets underway tomorrow.

Newton Abbot Library is to host the Death Café tomorrow, Friday, September 6, from 12pm to 1pm.

But what is a Death Café?

A death cafe is a relaxed, informal meeting for anyone who would like to chat about death and dying.

It is not, however, a grief or bereavement group.

There is no formal agenda and people can say as much or as little as they would like.

The future sessions are on Friday, November 1, and Friday, January 10.

There is no need to book, simply turn up.
