A KINGSTEIGNTON  man is due to appear in court today charged with a number of motoring offences. 

Colin Cuddy, 35, of no fixed abode, has been charged in connection with an incident which took place in Kingsteignton yesterday.

He is accused of driving while disqualified, aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving and using a motor vehicle without insurance.

Cuddy was due to appear before magistrates this morning.
