A DEVON-based coach company is once again supporting Devon Air Ambulance (DAA) with its Volunteer Day.

Dartline has been announced as the charity’s official sponsor for its 2025 Volunteer Away Day.

The coach company will provide free transport for DAA volunteers, ensuring they can travel to and from the event with ease.

And it is not the first time Dartline has supported DAA, having previously provided transport for the 2023 away day.

DAA said that Dartline’s generosity will allow them to bring there volunteers together for a ‘well-earned day of appreciation, learning, and connection.’

‘Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, and thanks to Dartline’s support, we can make this special event even more accessible and enjoyable for them’ the charity said.

Charles Tape, Commercial Manager at Dartline, said: ‘We at Dartline are incredibly proud to support the volunteers’ Away Day event.

‘Ensuring reliable transport for such a wonderful cause is something we are passionate about.

‘We deeply care for the community and believe in the dedication of the volunteers.

‘We are excited to contribute to making this event a fantastic success.

Devon Air Ambulance is supported by more than 650 volunteers.

They lend their skills and time to supporting the lifesaving service.

Devon Air Ambulance Volunteers’ Manager, Vicky Thresher, said: ‘We are very grateful to Dartline for their continued support.

‘Their generous contribution ensures that our volunteers can travel to and from the event with ease, making the day even more special for them.

‘We look forward to celebrating our volunteers thanks to Dartline’s support.

‘We’re looking forward to assembling our volunteers for a day of celebration on June 8 and acknowledging their hard work, their skill and their generosity.’
