THE CLEAR up has started after Storm Ciaran wrecked havoc in Teignmouth. 

Contractors were on the seafront this morning starting to work on dealing with the damage the storm conditions caused. 

Parts of Teignmouth Pier were damaged while paving was ripped up and the storm battered the resort.
