THE A38 Westbound is closed following an accident with injuries.

National Highways South West has tweeted: ‘#A38 westbound in #Devon between B3380 #Buckfastleigh and A385 #SouthBrent.

‘Traffic stopped due to a collision with injuries reported.’

A few minutes ago they tweeted: ‘The #A38 in #Devon is now closed westbound between the #B3380 #Buckfastleigh & the #A385 #SouthBrent following a collision which has resulted in significant infrastructure damage making it unsafe for the road to be re-opened at this time.
