CREWS from Ashburton and Buckfastleigh Fire Station put out a vehicle fire just off the A38 in the South Brent area earlier today (Sunday).

A Fire Control spokesperson said: ‘Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, and one thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.

‘The cause is thought to be accidental.’
