POLICE are appealing for information after thieves stole tools from a car in Kingskerswell.

Officers are investigating the theft from a car which happened on May 3 between midnight and 3am while the vehicle was parked in Charles Road. 

More suspicious incidents are also being investigated in the area including the theft of a flat bed truck the following night.

There have also been attempts to gain entry to an outbuilding in Coffinswell. 

A police spokesman said: ‘We will be increase our presence in the area but are asking the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately.’
