A DRINK-driver from Kingskerswell has been banned for 18 months.
William Harris, aged 22, of Lyndhurst Avenue, pleaded guilty to driving while over the limit. Tests revealed he had 144 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court told Harris the ban could be reduced by 18 weeks if he completes a course.
He was fined £438 and ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £175 to fund victim services.
